This photograph shows an assembly at the Grange Picnic Grounds in Pomona in 1899. The photo was mounted on a cabinet card by photographer H. Van Wie of Thompsonville.
An 1896 plat map of Cleon Township shows the Grange Hall located south of Pomona and west of the intersection of Read Road and Marilla Road. We are unsure if this is also where the Grange Picnic Grounds were located.
